Co-founder and President of the HMA since 1994. Second generation paving and road materials businessman, Don is active in all aspects of HMA with a focus on business and employee development.

Co-founder and Secretary/Treasurer of the company since 1994. Mike began as assistant estimator upon graduating college. Active in all aspects of HMA with a focus on administration, estimating and business development.

Tracy joined HMA as a bookkeeper in 1999. As HMA has grown since Tracy’s arrival so have her responsibilities. Today holds the position of Office Manager along with her clerical duties.

Dave joined HMA as a concrete foreman in 2002. HMA has grown and diversified under Dave’s time here and with his guidance. Currently Dave is our GM – Construction, overseeing most of our field operations.

Sr. Estimator – Kyle came on-board in 2005 after several years as an estimator for other heavy and highway firms. He assumes the lion’s share of HMA’s estimating responsibilities, bidding in excess of $50,000,000 annually. In addition, Kyle shares some project management duties.
